Benchmark 1 Realty
Having a weeklong vacation in October, we drove to Mountain City and hooked up
with Sharon Phillips at Benchmark 1 Realty, and began a marathon of house-hunting. She chauffeured us all over the mountains of
eastern Tennessee, viewing at least 15 houses, and we decided we really liked the house and location of the second house we saw,on
Oakview Street. On January 4, we closed on the house, and spent the next two nights camping in our new home. We love it! Now we can hardly wait to become permanent residents of Mountain City. Thanks, Sharon, for helping to make our dream a reality!
